ISO-foil 'R-MV' & ISO-foil 'R-M2V'
ISO-foil R-MV and ISO-foil R-M2V are used as slip plane in coreless induction furnaces to prevent early leakage and costly damage to the coil. Their high mica content provides a good heat transfer with an efficient dielectric strength. Morever, the smooth surface of this mica foil material makes the push-out easier by avoiding damage to the crucible. Actually, ISO-foil R-MV or ISO-foil R-M2V replace the Sinter product line advantageously.
Both mica foil material are 100% free of toxicity: you don't need any specific protection.
1. ISO-foil R-MV is made of phlogopite mica paper impregnated with a specific high temperature binder and reinforced with ONE glasscloth outside the mica. Such design offers a better tensile strength during handling and application.

2. ISO-foil R-M2V is made of phlogopite mica paper impregnated with a sprecific high temperature binder and reinforced with TWO glasscloth outside the mica. Such design offers a better tensile strength during handling and application.
